GOLDEN BEARS 14, DIAMOND DAWGS 11
The Inland Empire Golden Bears defeated the Diamond Dawgs 14-11 in a slugfest Monday afternoon at San Bernardino Valley College. Antonio Gaxiola ripped a home run and three RBI. Chad Aratin blasted four RBI and scored twice. Rion Santamara and Zack Bowman each added three hits.

GOLDEN BEARS 16, DIAMOND DAWGS 4
Kyle Csakan starred going 5-5 with four RBI and two runs scored. Kristian Scott was 4-5 with three RBI and one run scored. Rion Santamaria finished with three hits, three runs and two RBI. Chad Aratin's lucky number was three, finishing with three hits, RBI and runs scored.

The Golden Bears will now face the Ventura Halos at 3 p.m. in the Best of the West semifinals on Saturday at Cal State LA.

The Diamond Dawgs earned their spot in the Best of the West by winning the LABC championship.
The Inland Empire Golden Bears are no stranger to a big stage. They've played against some of the top teams throughout the country in their program's history and are ready to make a lasting imprint in the west this season.

Inland Empire qualified for the Best of the West Tournament by winning the WBA North Division, something they've accomplished every season since their inception in 2015. The past three years the program played in the NBC World Series in Wichita, Kansas.
